BT-20 cellular uptake studies. An amount of 1 × 104 BT-20 cells were seeded in a 48 well plate. After 24 h, cells were exposed to different concentrations of fluorescently labeled CLENs for 24 h. The data show cellular uptake of CLENs by all the cells, with the highest degree of uptake observed with BT-20 cells, and the least amount of cellular uptake was observed with the (negative control) ovarian cancer cell line, SK-OV-3. Data are presented as mean ± S.D.; (n = 6)
