Cytotoxicity of doxorubicin-loaded CLENs. 4 T1 cells were seeded at 1 X 104 per ml in a 48-well plate. Cells were exposed to different concentrations of doxorubicin-loaded CLENs (4 T1, BT-20, and SKBR-3). SRB assay was used to determine percent of cell viability 24 h following exposure to doxorubicin (5 mol%). Error bars indicate mean ± S.D. (n = 6)
