Comparing cellular uptake of CLENs and DoxilLP. An amount of 1 × 104 4 T1 cells were seeded in a 48- well plate. After 24 h, cells were incubated for an additional 24 h with various concentrations of rhodamine labeled CLENs (containing 5 mol% of PEG-5000) and DoxilLP. The data show that CLENs containing 5 mol% of DPPE-PEG-5000 were taken up to a greater extent compared to the conventional DoxilLP. Error bars indicate mean ± S.D. (n = 6)
