Antibody biodistribution coefficients (ABCs) at the 48-h-time point show increased partitioning of positive-patch variant AbPos into the liver, spleen, and tumor tissues of tumor-bearing Balb/c nude mice. Note that large ABC values of ~1 indicate substance-specific enrichment of the positively charged antibody (see main text). ABC values for the charge-patch antibody variants were calculated using average serum data from C57/BL6 mice, and organ and tumor data from BALB/c nude mice.
